INFLUENCE OF THE WORLD

Everything is influencing our being, people, animals, TV Shows, even the weather.

20-30 yrs ago I watched TV shows and when I see the rerun I realize how much I learned and I am following them.  So are books, I read them long time ago, still I believe and follow their teachings.

The Bible showed me the way, when I was unhappy I went with Moses in the wilderness only my time was about 20 yrs and his was 40.  Then another thing grabbed me when I was reading about Elijah, who never died, but walked up to Heaven.  OH how I would like to do that too.

Then I figured out, that the Psalms are teaching us to glorify and thank God, because if we can believe that He is good to us, then only good comes into our life.   Now I call everything "Good", because I found out that the challenges what we get are created by us, for the reason, that we have to learn of that lesson.  Then the other thing grabbed my mind is the Proverbs, where the Law is put down, how to behave to be civilized and have a good life by being good to others.

The other most important in my life is the TAO, the Chinese book of the Way of Life, which has a great impact in my being.

The TV shows are teaching me more respect for others and honor who need honor, get a better hobby then gambling and drinking and don't be so fast to destroy others.

Our family members are the nearest to us, they sure influence us.  There are so many problems in the families, parents against children, children against the parents, when one is given out by the mother who cannot keep the child, will search in all his life to find the real parents, and never appreciating the one mother who raised him/her up. Then the child who had hard life can hate the parents or appreciate, so is the one who grew up in a soft, easy surroundings, will blame the parents forever that they were not enough strong. 

Life is very interesting we follow teachings from the beginning of our life and sometimes we do not even know why, until we get a better explanation we do not change.

What to do?//////   Just go on and learn what comes, find your own logic and follow it.  That is your part in life, and not to object and oppose everything, blame others when you attracted that what is there.
